Keller's responsibilities at Stanford encompass libraries, cybraries, academic and residential computing, publishing and publishing services.

In this role, Bill brings a well balanced pedigree of business practices to HighWire consisting of a consultative communication style, customer-focus approach, and a high degree of ethical standards.
